A turnkey apartment in a secure rental program
What do you need to know?
Our apartments can be rented for a pre-determined time assuming a minimum period of 6 months. The duration of the contract depends on you, and the amount of rent depends on the duration of the contract.
At the end of the contract, you are entitled to lease priority for the next period.
The premises in the offer of the Rental Housing Fund meet all the criteria of modern housing: they are located in new buildings, in areas well connected with the city centre, surrounded by rich commercial and service infrastructure and green areas. The apartments are finished to a high turnkey standard – kitchens and bathrooms are equipped with household appliances.
Real estate and their commercialization are managed by the Rental Housing Sector Fund of PFR Nieruchomości S.A. Sources of financing include Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, funds of other participants of the fund, bank loans, and contributions-in-kind.
