Cezariusz Lesisz is a graduate of the Faculty of Business Law at the Wroclaw School of Banking, having also studied Civil Engineering at the Wroclaw University of Technology. He studied in the United States, at Brooklyn College (Computer Science course). He has many years of experience in conducting business activities, organizational unit management and supervision over commercial law companies. For over 20 years, he acted actively in the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises in Poland and the USA. Thus, he has become skilled in the field of negotiations, execution of contracts with regard to real estate and construction investments. Thanks to his foreign practice, he has extensive knowledge of the specificity of American social and economic processes.

From December 2016 to November 2018, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Agencji Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A.
