Obligation of information
  1. The controller of your personal data is: Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A. with registered office in Warsaw, ul. Krucza 50, 00-025 Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as “the Controller”.
  2. You can contact the Controller in case of all issues related to processing of your personal data and your respective rights via e-mail, by phone at +48 22 537 75 41/ 800 800 120 or in writing to the Controller’s address specified in sec. 1 above.
  3. Your personal data may be processed for the purpose of complaints no longer than for one year from the time of data recording, or longer – but only in cases defined in the legal provisions.
  4. Your personal data may be provided to other authorised entities in compliance with applicable legal provisions. Your personal data may be also provided to data processors on the Controller’s order, provided that such processors process data on the basis of an agreement with the Controller and only in compliance with the Controller’s instructions.
  5. Your personal data will not be provided to recipients located in the countries outside the European Economic Area.
  6. You shall have the following rights:
    1. the right to access personal data and the right to demand their rectification, the right to object to processing, the right to delete them or restrict their processing;
    2. the right to withdraw consent; withdrawal of consent shall not affect legitimacy of personal data processing under the consent before its withdrawal;
    3. the right to transfer personal data, that is to obtain them from the personal data Controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable (if applies) format, for the purpose of their possible delivery to another data controller;
    4. the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority responsible for personal data processing, if you believe that processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (EU OJ L 119 of 4.05.2016).
  7. You should contact the Controller to exercise the above rights. Controller’s contact information is provided in sec. 2 above.
  8. Personal data are provided on voluntary basis, but their provision is necessary in order to establish a contact and reply to asked questions.
  9. In relation to personal data processing, decisions related to you will not be made in an automated manner (without human influence).
