Contract guarantees are a common way of securing the performance of contracts. The entity ordering the supply of goods or the performance of the service may require your company to lodge a certain financial security before the contract is signed – in case the contract is not met, the deadline for its execution is not respected, or the quality of the goods or services was inconsistent with the arrangements.
