Additional information

More than 50% of the Poles have college degree, but 3/4 of entrepreneurs cannot find candidates with the desired competences. The competences required on the market change along with the technological progress, the organisation management methods and the generation change. The employers are an invaluable source of knowledge about what needs to be changed in the education system in order to respond to the current market needs. Sector Competence Councils responsible for cooperation with entrepreneurs and research institutes and for determining the course of changes are a catalyst for all such actions.
