Katarzyna Duber-Stachurska - graduate of the Cracow University of Economics in the field of finance and banking. She has many years of managerial experience from working in international financial institutions and from cooperation with the public sector.

She served as vice president of the Social and Economic Investment Company (TISE) from 2019 to 2024. She was TISE's representative to the Social Economy Standing Conference. As Vice President of TISE, she worked with BGK, offering financial instruments from EU ESF and ERDF programs. She also supervised the implementation of pilot programs on social innovation, including Poland's first fund investing in FKIS social enterprises.

She worked at the Polish branch of SOCIETE GENERALE SA for over 20 years, including as Director of Transaction Banking and Managing Director, and was also associated with Bank Pekao SA.
