Economist, manager with many years of professional experience in the management of multi-billion dollar projects in international and domestic environments, specialising in result optimisation and company restructuring. Graduate of Management Studies - MBA EY at the WSB Academy in Dąbrowa Górnicza. Member of Supervisory Boards of state-owned companies. Author of many business, marketing and communication strategies on process and cost optimisation.

He has managed large investments and projects from the start-up phase to completion in accordance with the adopted goals. He has led numerous restructuring projects, mergers and acquisitions of companies. Mr Dąbrowski has an extensive practical experience in project and budget management, price negotiation, project contracting and cost optimisation.

Amongst others, he was Vice President of the Supervisory Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Budowy Szybów S.A (PBSz S.A), Vice President for Strategy and Development at the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (currently PAIH), where he was responsible for attracting international investors to the Polish Economic Zones and the expansion of Polish companies to international markets, creating numerous economic missions e.g. of companies from the mining sector to the Indian market, the function of Management Board plenipotentiary for strategic projects and public affairs in Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A., the function of President of Agencja Rozwoju Inwestycji sp. z o.o. in Bytom.

For years, he has been associated with the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice, where he was Vice-President of the Management Board responsible for the development of strategic projects and new business in the area of Silesian development. Advisor to the Board of Directors in many private and public companies. He has also cooperated with numerous investment funds.
