Beata Daszyńska-Muzyczka is a graduate of economic universities with a major in corporate finance management and the Advance Leadership Programme at the ICAN Institute, Harvard Business Review. She also graduated from the University of Cambridge.

Between 1994 to 2016 she worked for Bank Zachodni WBK of Santander Group. She led the implementation of strategic projects, including the introduction of a new branch model, MiniBank24 electronic banking. She was responsible for restructuring and optimization of banking processes. From 2005, she managed the Logistics and Real Estate Area, and in 2008 she held the position of a member and then Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of BZ WBK Nieruchomości. From 2012, she was responsible for the "New Generation Bank" organisational culture transformation project and held the position of HR Partnership Area Director. Upon the success of many strategic projects, she became a member of the Management Board of BZ WBK in 2015.

In 2016, she was appointed President of the Management Board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK). This is a state-owned development bank which initiates and implements programs for economic development and quality of life improvement in Poland. Beata Daszyńska-Muzyczka has developed a new strategy for BGK which focuses on the implementation of measures specified in the government's Responsible Development Strategy for Poland. Recently, she has been involved in the Three Seas Initiative, mainly in the process of creating the Three Seas Initiative Fund. It's task is to fund infrastructure in the countries of the Three Seas Initiative to support the integration and economic cohesion of the EU.
